We obtained a mining concession

On May 19, 2023, we obtained a mining concession for emeralds and other minerals, allowing us to legally mine on our newly acquired territory. We have also begun the preparatory work around the mine to commence extraction as soon as possible.

Finalize the purchase transaction of a mine

On May 15th, 2023, we took one of the crucial steps in the rapidly unfolding history of EmeraldsDAO. We managed to establish a Brazilian company that will be legally responsible for mining emeralds and other minerals.

During our stay in Brazil, we managed to finalize the purchase transaction of a mine along with its surrounding area. We acquired over 2.5 hectares of land, which includes two mining shafts and plenty of space for the construction of buildings necessary for the development of the mining complex.

Swiss safe deposit box agreement signed

Recently, we signed an agreement with DMGlobal for the use of safe deposit boxes and office space in Lugano, Switzerland. On April 21, 2023, we signed an agreement for the usage of safe deposit boxes and office space in Lugano, Switzerland with DMGlobal.
